Refund Policy


To initiate a refund,

• Please login to you KYC Account using the URL https://dsc.vsign.in

• Provide your bank details in the profile section

• Go to MyDSCs and click on Refund Button to initiate the refund request.

Once we confirm that the DSC has not been downloaded and service has not been availed by you, we will process your refund within 3 working days.

Escalation requests can be sent by email to support@vsign.in with your purchase details

You will receive an email once the refund is processed.
