In just three years we have grown many folds and have executed several state & central government contracts. Now as we race past our second million DSC issuance, we are confident that we have comprehensive capabilities allowing our customers and partners to utilize our services flexibly across various e-Sign and DSC platforms to their best possible advantage.
To enable us deliver on this promise of quality and value we constantly focus on developing our competence. Just as iron sharpens iron we will keep developing our skills by setting our standards even higher and taking on greater challenges.
It’s been an eventful three years and the journey continues. Our vision is clear, our focus is sharp and our resolve is stronger. The journey of a thousand miles always started with a single step.
Between the years 2015 and 2016, we were in the ideation phase. We were conceptualizing the idea of becoming a Certifying Authority(CA), studying the core software needed, and searching for the vendors to develop the software. This was the initiation juncture of a great venture.
The 24th of August 2016, is a very crucial day as Verasys Technologies Private Limited was incorporated with 2 directors under the Companies Act, 2013. A great idea had come to life and many more successful years were yet to come for the venture.
The year 2018 was an eventful one. We got the Certifying Authority(CA) license and successfully onboarded Alankit. Our venture was on the rise as the market need for the service was increasing enormously.
In the year 2019, we reached the mark of 5000 partners and were in an accelerating growth phase. We were continuing to strengthen our presence in several states of India and were increasing the quality of our services.
In May of 2020, we procured the e-sign 3.2 license. This enabled our customers to sign online documents relentlessly with the use of an OTP.
In the year 2021, we become an e-KYC User Agency(KUA) and also obtained the Aadhar 2.1 license. This expanded our services and customer base. Till this point, our workforce had grown up to 90 people strong.
With our great products and services, we have pulled in more than 28000 happy customers. We will continue to serve better our existing customers and attract many new customers. We aim to provide the utmost quality and value to our customers.
Verasys Technologies Private Limited, incorporated on August 24, 2016 under the Companies Act, 2013, stands among one of the recognized companies for providing digital signature certificates and related services. With the Government of India driving ‘Digital India’, we do not see the demand for digital signatures and electronic signatures coming down in the next few years. Some of the examples include Income Tax Return filings, MCA, PF, GST etc. We issue digital signatures based on Aadhaar e-KYC making the entire process of obtaining a DSC quick and paperless. Practically, we can issue a DSC within minutes versus the traditional way of making a paper application and providing certified documents. We have a dedicated team of professionals, who understand the domain, government rules and regulations as well as the specific business needs and provide the best eSign or electronic signature related services.
